朋友話好耐無食過燒肉,我又好心動,記起之前有間成日經過,但又好想試嘅烤肉小店,於是同朋友約咗喺呢度開餐。芥辣八爪魚淨係用咗八爪魚腳,夾埋夾脆嘅醃菜同芥辣味,口感好好,愈食愈上癮。韓風泡菜除咗就咁食,店員教我哋可以配埋燒肉食,會另有一番滋味,試咗堅係唔錯,同燒肉出奇地夾。溫室蕃茄沙律配油醋汁,所以食落好清新,食肉之餘,都要食吓啲蔬菜平衡吓。有3款日式醬汁跟埋嚟點燒肉食,原味以外嘅選擇,芝麻醬我會點豚肉,燒汁就點牛肉。日本國產鹿兒島黑豚肉味較濃,雖然無豚腩肉咁肥,但都好腍。豚腩肉(鹽燒)肥瘦相間,肉質好腍滑又有油香。燒肉嘅時候店員教要開大火,當燒到啲油滲面先反轉啲肉再燒,就會有靚網紋同鎖住啲肉汁,聽完我都半信半疑,平時燒肉唔用大火都好易燒燶,點知跟住店員咁講,真係燒到火候剛好又多汁嘅燒肉,真係長知識呀!飛驒牛A5肩頸肉絕對帶起呢餐嘅高潮,大火燒完,外表香脆,內裡 juicy 有肉味,啲肉直頭嫩到唔駛,滿口牛油香,但又唔會好膩,一食就知係高質和牛,好幸福呀! 特大緬甸虎蝦係店員推介,一嚟到見到差唔多成隻手臂咁粗,真係大得誇張,個爐都僅僅夠放2隻,店員教我哋平放燒完兩面之後,就要棟起嚟燒,食

特大緬甸虎蝦係店員推介,一嚟到見到差唔多成隻手臂咁粗,真係大得誇張,個爐都僅僅夠放2隻,店員教我哋平放燒完兩面之後,就要棟起嚟燒,食落真係好厚肉好彈牙好鮮味,正!
