九龍城有不少火鍋店,其中較特別的一定要點名這間「同撈同煲」火鍋店,裝潢充滿了6-70年代的「舊香港」特色,到處都是打卡位置。如果你有一定歲月蹉跎,這間火鍋店會感到份外親切。食物方面,食材相當講究,用料新鮮,門前更設有海鮮水缸,郁多款時令海鮮🦑🦐🦞🦀選擇,更有不少海鮮套餐供應,選擇多樣化。此外,鍋底亦相當高質有特色,我們選擇了🥘🐓花雕醉雞鍋 $188,湯底是雞湯底,煮滾後再加上要鍋醉雞,份量相當多有足半隻雞,而且採用了冰鮮雞,雞肉嫩滑而有雞味,再加上花雕酒,光是湯底就已經非常滿足了。開始火鍋前先點了個自家製shake shake 炸魚皮$78,亦是店內名物,有6款口味選擇,我們選了BBQ味。魚皮加上了薄薄一層炸粉,口感更鬆脆更有層次,味道亦不錯。海鮮點了🐚桂花蚌 $118,新鮮爽彈;肉類點了一碟🥩安格斯牛肉 $198,師傅將牛肉起雙飛,刀功了得,肉味鮮甜而且非常軟淋。鴛鴦滑 $108亦非常出色,分別是🦐蟹籽蝦滑和🐙黑松露墨魚滑,夠爽彈且新鮮。之後亦點了幾款火鍋食材,如水魷 $58、皇帝菜 $42、滑豆腐 $28、炸枝竹 $38等,質素都不錯。最後還送上了懷舊甜品🍮,除了久違了的羅拔臣芒啫

最後還送上了懷舊甜品🍮,除了久違了的羅拔臣芒啫喱杯+花奶🍧,還有金魚糖不甩🍡,非常好食!總括而言,「同撈同煲」是一間既打卡又著重食材質素的火鍋店,而且服務亦非常周到,是一間值得推薦的火鍋
