To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時明白小本經營當然唔想人地霸住個位黎，最好一食完就走，等佢做多兩轉，但態度都唔使咁趕客架，家有老少，想落黎攞位先，咁話要齊人先可以入，明，但如果你唔幫手hold檯，一有位就入兩人，咁一世都入唔到，想問吓會唔會幫手hold檯啫，句句子都未講完，就一句得埋黎話齊人先好叫佢，既然係咁，睇怕我依啲小人物都係唔夠班入去食，唯有走人囉。
