今天是月尾的慶功日,我們獵頭公司又再創佳績,做了兩張廠長的大單,老闆高興地决定請我們全部員工吃泰式沙煲魚翅,泰式燉花膠,真開心!因為之前我們又可以唱K直落,瘋狂地過一個週未!秘書小姐選了世貿中心的S0I18泰国餐廳,一行8人齊齊到達,我們瘋狂點了一大堆菜,狠狠的大吃一頓!8巷拼盤是泰式拼盤有熱辣辣的豬頸肉,春卷,粟米蟹肉球香脆可口,令人停不了口首先來了一碟泰東北古式香葉包,用上萬甘葉,蝦肉,蝦米,蝦膏,焗椰口,腰果碎,薑粒,乾葱粒,紅綠辣椒仔,青檸粒,椰糖,品道很辣,但胃口大開,而且賣相甚是漂亮!泰式燒牛扒切得薄蒪,肉汁鮮甜秘書小姐最愛18巷鲍魚沙律,鮑魚很爽口清甜,加上辣汁很是開胃!期待又期待的是泰式燉花膠煲,熱辣辣的送上,有冬菇,蟹肉,和又大又爽口的花膠加上銀芽,我們幾個女生也搶光光了!秘製黑椒炒蟹份量勁多,蟹肉的膏又甜又可口,加上黑椒及勁獲氣,老闆和家明也停不了口!我最愛的是泰東北包魚吃,筍殼魚用上鹽燒,肉質很鮮味,我把生菜包上魚,米線,香口的薑葱粒,乾葱粒,和紅綠辣椒仔,味道真的一絕!蟹肉南瓜炒飯賣相一流,而且滿滿的蟹肉放上南瓜,真的很鮮甜!當然不得不提,我們的主角泰式沙煲魚翅
