To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

性價比一流既小店

雖然平時成日經過，但因為依間小店唔太起眼既關係對佢冇咩興趣。咁啱因為復活節連假周圍都好多人，亂入食晚餐點知就有驚喜喇溫泉蛋汁燒雞扒石頭飯（$68）估唔到假期夜晚都仲有定食，見佢咁平本身對佢冇咩期望。但來到時熱辣辣，雞扒亦都幾嫩滑。雖然個汁有少少鹹，但將蛋絲、溫泉蛋同飯撈埋食個味道即刻升華，令人好滿足。蟹肉忌廉薯餅（跟餐）每個定食都會跟個小食，同朋友仔都揀左蟹肉忌廉薯餅。雖然個炸粉有啲厚，不過都好creamy，收貨啦。總評整體來講味道好正常冇伏，以依個價錢來講性價比非常高。不過因為係小店所以坐得就唔會太舒服喇。同埋晚餐時間都多人排隊既，要預留返時間。但整體來講係可以再戰既。
