To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次lunch想不到想吃什麼，又想吃特別點，就會去銅鑼灣的築地，食物同價錢性價比好高！今次去食了新菜式，估唔到幾出色！海膽海鮮炒飯好豐富，炒了好多料，有 貝柱、蝦、三文魚、還有彈口的🦐，再配上海膽的鮮味，都幾滋味。黑蒜豬軟骨拉麵的黑蒜湯底好香，出乎意料地多軟骨，肉汁軟香得來肥瘦均勻，面質也相當ok！👍🏼牛油果軟殼蟹卷向來是必點，牛油果軟香，入面的軟殼蟹好香脆，最啱同朋友share！下次來要吃它們的lunchset
