To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期終於食左傳說中嘅芒果魯肉飯😆 原來將芒果加到魯肉飯係匹配之作👍🏻佢地用嘅魯肉肥瘦適中,芒果嘅酸甜就令滷肉飯唔會過膩,食得好滋味呢😋 而且以前我影魯肉飯,總覺得只有一堆啡色好難影,但呢盤嘅色彩好靚好好影📸至於點嗰個風琴豆腐牛肉飯嘅原因,係因為 Menu 上嘅一句「謙虛啲講一句牛飯就係比人地好食」😂 Ok 牛肉係唔錯嘅,豆腐特別好食,建議點餐時點「多牛汁」會令牛肉更好味🥩呢度本身嘅定價已經唔高 (一個飯平均 $50~60),2.30pm 後 follow 佢地 IG 仲有九折優惠😳 如果我經常出沒觀塘,話唔定會成日來食。加上呢間舖頭由幾位年輕人經營,當日眼見佢地都盡心盡力做,的確好值得支持💪🏻順帶一提,佢地星期日及公眾假期休息,可能因為觀塘喺呢啲日子唔會塞車🤭
