To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間話明山東餃子，都唔喺齋食餃子。仲有好多選擇。今次叫左外賣薯苗餃子、豬排麵同蔥油餅。味道整體不錯。薯苗餃子，餃子皮厚身，薯苗同肉餡一齊好夾，咬落去啖啖肉，加上店家D醋，中和餃子的膩，顯得十分和諧。豬排麵，豬排喺炸過黎，豬排唔會過分油膩，加上油麵襯托，湯底都唔會喺味精湯味，可以講喺清湯，但又唔喺寡啵，總之兩者夠我食飽飽開心蔥油餅估唔到喺餃子店最好食嘅其中一種食物，煎得啱啱好，金黃嘅外層，咬落去酥酥脆脆。下次會仔幫襯！
