To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天點了兩個早餐,一個是豬扒煎雙蛋牛油多士,另一個是蕃茄湯鮮牛肉通粉,飲品點了熱鴛鴦和熱咖啡。豬扒算是大件,煎得嫩滑,口感佳,味道好。煎蛋有蛋香,多士若再烘脆一點就更佳。蕃茄湯鮮牛肉通粉,湯頭蕃茄味不足,牛肉大約有六片,牛肉味也不足,肉質只屬一般,雖不柴但也不滑,通粉煮得過軟,不太好吃。咖啡略有咖啡香,算不錯,鴛鴦沒有咖啡香,但有茶香,也算不錯。
