To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做左一日野，想食得豐富D，去呢間餐廳就岩晒事關佢一個set dinner，跟有湯或沙律，main course，再有餐飲同甜品，都係百幾蚊！而我呢個食肉獸就更係揀据扒啦是日餐湯係薯仔湯，個湯都幾creamy，但又有好細粒薯仔可以咬下，係略嫌唔夠薯仔味。然後就到主角登場！肉眼扒叫左五成熟，都幾大塊。肉味都幾夠。不過有少少overcook，唔似五成熟，表面有點乾身。建議下次叫三成熟甜品係奶凍，但食唔出咩味，不過唔太甜，幾好整體而言係唔錯的，百幾蚊食飽飽
