To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一街坊名店，我家偶然也會光顧。今晚很特別，因為要做孤獨精，只我一人用餐，很難點菜，所以也點得特別多！“唐揚魷魚軟骨”，這是我的推介，必點，它炸得酥脆，味道似 椒鹽鮮魷，魷魚肉內還有汁，咬下去有點像吃瀨尿牛丸，口感特別，所以不要太早吃，不然會燙嘴！再來一客上火小食“串燒雞皮”， 一貫水準，兩口搞掂，正！主菜“心刺生盛”及追加的“劍魚腩壽司”和“花之戀壽司”。當晚的壽司飯有點失準，比較乾、硬，沒有半點醋味，影響口感。但總體它還是我家的街坊主場，菜牌豐富，選擇多，水準不俗，性價比高。
