之前已經來過荃灣三陂坊吃晚飯,這一次去了一間打冷餐廳「醉潮館」,是一間潮洲菜館。店內裝修有少少似古代客棧,餐牌還叫本草湯目😂花膠螺頭燉雞 $68看似是很少盅,大約有4碗飲👍🏻用燉盅燉湯底特別入味。燉盅非常足料,有一片花膠、螺頭和雞。湯底非常入味,雖然是燉雞湯但不會很油膩。鴨旦煎蠔餅 $68看到很多枱都點蠔餅,於是小編都點了一份。絕對是抵食,份量足料,約有20粒多粒蠔仔,肥美鮮甜。餅外層好鬆脆,非常薄,不會很膩。 雪裡紅蝦干菜心煲 $68上菜時熱辣辣,非常香。菜心爽脆,紅蝦干夠惹味,又大隻,非常惹味。蜜椒脆薯牛仔粒 $128牛肉粒份量多,外層是蜜糖,肉質軟腍入味,不會有筋。薯粒口感似薯餅,外層蜜糖脆皮,非常好吃。
