To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細妹今日帶我同老豆去長洲踏單車，出發之前竟然行過有一間高質英式餐廳😍想靜靜地嘆返個早餐，果然嚟呢度就啱喇！🤩細妹二話不說，叫咗佢平時最鍾意食嘅賓尼迪蛋🍳的確令人回味，當刀子把蛋切開，看到那潺潺蛋黃緩緩流出，跟香濃的牛油果醬，混合煙三文魚食一起送入嘴裡，完美到頭皮毛孔都大開💮我哋兩姊妹二人share一杯凍泡沫咖啡 ，同出面比較冇話特別再貴啲，而且咖啡嘅味道都唔會太酸，容易入口，啱晒我哋口味😉除咗賓尼迪蛋外，老豆叫嘅No.11 All Day Breakfast 亦非常出色，份量十足，配有煙肉、香腸、炒蛋、大啡菇等等，仲有焗蕃茄同焗豆，加埋牛角包及沙律🥗味道仲相當唔錯！👨🏻平時好大食嘅佢都話好滿足🥰我自己就叫咗份蟹肉賓尼迪蛋😋平時出面好少呢款食，所以特別叫嚟試試！真係無令我失望😆蟹肉一啲都唔腥，口感超豐富。餐廳款式應有盡有，份量非常豐富，且味道絲毫不遜於其他招牌美食。非常推薦下次同三五知己或伴侶，一邊享用美食，一邊坐著聊天相聚☪️
