To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

恰似烚菜水的素湯底

自吃了三哥的蟲草花湯底之後，一直念念不忘。今天路過譚仔，決定外帶一碗素米線回家吃。怎料這碗譚仔的素米線成為了我一生中吃米線的噩夢。淺嚐一口湯底，沒有嚐到味道，就如喝蒸餾水一般。我以為是自己在外頭太熱，味覺失靈，呷了一口茶確認味覺尚在，便繼續再試。哇！是真的沒有味的呢！沒有鹹味，也沒有鮮味，此時口中隱隱約約傳來一股淡淡的烚菜味。天啊！我為這碗米線付了44蚊，卻得到一碗烚菜湯底！飢餓的我為時勢所迫，也為不想浪費食物，只好繼續吃。碗中的竹笙、豆卜依然是淡然無味！天啊！幸好我家裡有鹽、豉油，可以倒在米線裡，要是堂食該怎麼辦呢？絕對不推薦這碗素米線，大家移玉步去三哥吃吧。
