To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

實在很久沒有吃自助餐了, 心情倍覺興奮。沙田凱悅酒店位於沙田中文大學附近, 位置有啲隔涉, 酒店咖啡廳環境不俗, 感覺悠閒。餐廳推出由［仟國水產］提供魚類菜式系列, 食客可以品嚐不同方法烹調嘅味道。壽司刺身是必然選擇, 最喜愛希靈魚爽脆口感, 金黃色嘅魚子非常鮮甜。三文魚刺身新鮮又肥美, 軟綿有清甜, 吃起來充滿油香。長腳蟹, 龍蝦, 大蝦和扇貝等新鮮又清甜, 多吃都唔會飽滯。熱葷中以炒蝦球最為美味, 蝦球爽脆又有鑊氣, 還有燒賣和牛肉等中式點心。西冷牛扒肉味濃郁, 肉質嫩滑, 醬汁又惹味。甜品非常吸引, 柚子芝士蛋糕, 麵包布甸, 焗杏脯焦糖牛油蛋糕, 葡撻等多款美味可口。
