To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次一行人來Casa Lisboa吃Lunch,餐廳一向走新派葡萄牙菜路線,最近更加入了不少新菜式。前菜如「葡萄牙金菇天婦羅」相當有驚喜,大廚創新地用金菇取代青豆,並以西班牙啤酒來調製炸漿,享用是配上松露蛋黃醬,金菇香脆可口,若再配一杯Sangria真是一流。另一推介是「牛骨髓配多士」,焗煮後的牛骨髓油分十足,加入鵝肝和忌廉一起煮,最後塗上脆多士上品嚐,帶點Rum走及洋蔥的甜味, 感覺並不油膩。「伊比利亞豬配蘋果粒」是以當地出產的Madeira 酒與豬肉汁煮成的醬汁,配以煮過的蘋果粒一同品嚐,令豬肉也散發出陣陣果香。另一道主菜是「牛肋骨配煙燻Migas」,Migas混入了羽衣甘藍、白豆和葡萄牙臘肉腸作配菜,與慢煮40小時的澳洲安格斯牛肋骨,入口細嫩相當好吃。主食方面,推出了「葡式素菜千層麵」,裡面有茄子、番茄和翠玉瓜,不失為味道鮮甜又健康的菜式。另有「慢煮珍珠雞飯」,大廚以自家熬製的珍珠雞湯、葡萄牙黑啤和香料代替傳統的雞血,又以味道濃郁的G又以味道濃郁的Guinea Fowl 珍珠雞代替雞肉,慢煮兩小時後的雞肉鮮嫩,口感煙韌,飯味香濃。最後的甜品「芒果熱情果芝士布丁」賣相與Burra

最後的甜品「芒果熱情果芝士布丁」賣相與Burrata Cheese 相似,但其實是以Mascarpone 和忌廉製成的布丁,配上熱情果汁和芒果一同品嚐,入口清新幼滑,打破了葡萄牙甜品太甜的定律。我個人很喜歡Casa Lisboa的大膽創新,與一般的葡萄牙菜不同,但亦不失傳統的風味,每次到訪都有驚喜!
