To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Book mark左呢間餐廳好耐，因為見到唔少食評話好味，加上價錢唔算貴，食物選擇多。坐低咗都完全唔覺得自己係嚟食點心，直頭好似去咗高檔粵菜館一樣 ☺點心小菜方面亦落足心機，推介這幾款呢個又係人氣推介，大大舊彈牙嘅滷水豬腳仔，佢嘅滷水非常入味，味道唔會太過鹹，而且帶回甘。香口嘢就一定會嗌呢一款香煎鮮肉韭菜餃，脆卜卜，而且餡料十足。我的最愛，飲茶必食一定係 蝦餃!晶瑩鮮蝦餃粒粒都熱辣辣熱辣辣，蝦鮮味100分😍最鍾意有小炒風味嘅嘢食，特別係呢一款避風塘脆茄 茄子色澤十足，而且炒到乾身，外脆內嫩 又多汁，入口厚實爽脆，口感十足。
