To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早係大快活買早餐,上次食已經半年前嘅事。叫咗個火腿通粉+炒蛋蘿蔔糕,份量同之前差不多冇咩變化。炒蛋唔算好老有牛油味, 蘿蔔糕完全冇蘿蔔絲只係得粉,通粉好難食,口感又淋食落口有陣“益”味咁,好似放咗好耐😑食咗一半都冇已經頂唔順
