Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我這個人一向對異國美食都很感興趣印度料理的菜色都是比較重口味偶而吃個一次特色料理換換口味體驗一下也蠻不錯這天收工就拉著好朋友來到這間試試看上網看過它非常有名,而且獲得不少獎項,很值得期待!裝潢的很有印度味光看那入口的造型,便知曉了啊服務員都是印度人,非常有禮貌,餐牌都以英文及印度文為主老實說我們兩個真的有點看不太懂,服務員也很耐心的講解給我們聲,大讚呢!配合夏日的Summer Menu,期間限定以檸檬作為材料的菜式很適合最近天氣呀!(供應至31/8/2014)餐前小吃:扁豆湯暖暖的,很有口感,不錯印度芒果乳酪 Mango Lassi是在印度很有名的飲料,芒果乳酪有夠濃郁芒果和乳酪綿密的融合在一起相當好喝~充滿了南洋的熱情甜蜜!!雜菜胡椒脆餅 Masala paped這個薄烤餅它非常的輕非常的脆還有一點點若有似無的酥而且帶著濃郁的胡椒香,配上生洋蔥粒、蕃茄粒,酸酸甜甜辣辣辣,略為小辣口Murgh Tikka Chaat $68裡頭的雞肉鮮嫩又入味,再配著芫荽,紅洋蔥、蕃茄配餅好下飯也好青檸椰子烤雞 Lime and Coconut Chicken Kebab $128香味四溢之外,吃起來
