好耐冇見晚老朋友終於夾到時間出後食飯,佢話想試意大利菜..環境幾舒服,幾岩慢慢傾計。先來麵包,有蕪花果醬,大蒜,牛油..蕪花果醬幾好味,燒原粒大蒜搽麵包原來好好食,好想返去學吓整😋頭盤叫左烤焗大菇伴釀巴拿馬芝士溫泉蛋,個味幾有層次,好多時烤菇會乾,但佢仍然好fresh好juicy,夾埋芝士同ham既咸香,唔膩,好味!之後試左野菌忌廉伴黑松露湯,朋友揀左香濃蝦湯伴龍蝦肉,忌廉湯幾香濃,食到碎粒野菌,truffle味幾香.之後個經理俾我地揀雪芭,揀左甜既桃味同西柚味,話可以清清味蕾喎😋主菜我地揀左慢煮黃油雞同黑松露蟹肉千層麵,佢唔似一般既千層麵,有蛋香,非常之creamy,有蟹肉鮮味同松露香,麵身薄薄但其實好飽肚架.而黃油雞係slow cook既,份糧有一隻雞,兩個女仔share就剛剛好,有三個醬汁,芥末,燒烤汁,同有原粒蘑菇既菇汁,個BBQ汁同配菜都幾好味,有火箭菜整串燒番茄仔。我地又試左house wine白酒,少飲酒既我覺得易入口既。我諗全晚最欣賞既係甜品😊白朱古力雲尼拿奶凍同Balleys tiramisu賣相都好靚,原本擔心食唔曬,點知...哈,第日要做運動burn返佢地至得啦。
