To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 西餐廳越開越多，完全不受疫情影響，同事介紹公司附近開了新店，便一同前往試試。門口放了安全出行QR code及量度體溫器，不想用手機也可以留下電話號碼登記。侍應帶坐後自己選擇餐牌食物，款式也不錯，但午餐時間過了，便問問有沒有午餐，侍應爽快答“ 有 ”。我自己喜歡辣味，就選了慢煮秘製咖喱焗牛腩配珍珠飯，都頗辣！有中辣程度，但我喜歡。咖喱汁送飯一流，牛腩軟身入味，薯仔切半口感不錯，還配上麻醬沙律菜，非常新鮮。不過我覺得飯口感有些硬，就好似涼了嘅壽司飯，因為平時食軟飯多，所以要用多一點點汁送飯。滋味芒果啫喱冰冰，非常甜，所以加了一些水調到自己喜歡甜度，最後芒果啫喱還是完全被我KO。法式香檳汁焗魚柳珍珠飯$53蕃茄汁豬扒、白汁雞扒焗珍珠$55份量之大，醬汁濃濃，通常都是焗豬扒飯，但有埋雞扒就不同了！
