好小特登入大坑食晚餐,但經朋友介紹後,黎到呢間小巷既西餐廳。餐廳唔係好多座位,係開放式廚房,一入門已見一排酒,坐底點餐後,侍應推介試飲新購入既水果紅酒同白酒,我地二人一人試一杯。兩款酒都有香濃水果味,白酒比較甜,紅酒並沒有一般紅酒既澀味,好適合女士飲。頭盤日本刺身帶子配魚子醬紅加侖子啫喱:帶子表面輕輕剪香,入面仲係刺身禹地,十分鮮嫩,魚子醬入口「po」一聲爆開,食得出好新鮮。另一頭盤蟹肉芒果沙律:採用全蟹肉配炸米粉托底,米分炸得香脆唔油膩,啖啖鮮蟹超滿足。主菜燒紐西蘭羊架配芥末籽燒汁:一切開中間係五成熟左右,好軟林,羊架下襯托薄薄既焗薯塊,好香口另一主前香煎石斑魚配提子牛油汁:鮮嫩石斑用西式煎法,好創新,魚質鮮滑,外皮香脆,提子牛油汁市好特別,帶出魚既鮮味另外,餐廳做緊套餐推廣,一份主菜配potato再加杯洒,下次會再黎試下!
