To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多月前於午市時段獨個兒來訪過,當時吃過後便覺得要在晚市時找個人來摸摸酒杯底談談天。這晚剛巧在觀塘上完堂,想起了一杯,便捉了男友來。我們大約九時來到也要等15分鐘左右,我很喜歡這兒熱熱鬧鬧的居酒屋風格,也喜歡坐在吧台上看著師傅們在忙碌。先來的是關西燒,menu 中有多種選擇,包括自選1/2/3個toppings,或選menu上已配搭好的,而我們則自選了小蝦及貝柱兩個toppings。燒餅份量頗大,至少要兩個人share才好叫,除了你選的材料外,還加了一些椰菜,上面有些紫菜和沙律醬,餅身軟淋淋的,好吃!來得居酒屋,串燒絕對是少不了,因為我們只有兩人,所以點少許試試吧,分別是三文魚串燒和燒牛舌,三文魚就不過不失吧,是預料中的味道,牛舌蠻爽口的,不錯。另外,一杯是提供鐵板燒料理的,我們也點了一碟炒蘆筍來試試,這個我真的推介,蘆筍的份量不少,吃起來爽爽脆脆的,上面還灑了點紫菜,變得有點甜甜的,非常可口。兩個人這三款菜式很夠了。另外加分的是店內有售最近很紅的frozen beer,啤酒上的沙冰可以讓啤酒保持冷凍半小時,即使聊天聊久了也不怕要飲熱啤。

因為我們只有兩人,所以點少許試試吧,
分別是三文魚串燒和燒牛舌,
三文魚就不過不失吧,是預料中的味道,
牛舌蠻爽口的,不錯。
