To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 預約8點半晚飯幫家人慶祝生日,片皮鴨、蟶子、乳鴿等等多款餸菜已售罄,9點開始職員已經趕收工,有啲更加換完衫沖住走,我地都唔已經唔敢慢慢食,大家食到趕頭趕命,9點20分左右已經叫職員幫手執枱上埋蛋糕,收$100切餅費連叫個職員幫我哋點個蠟燭,一名紫色恤衫疑似經理嘅男子串到:「我冇火機喎,你問啲有食煙嘅人」轉身走咗,然後一路執嘢一路嗌熄燈鎖門等等嘅說話,最後要搵第二個着制服嘅職員,先可以點到爉燭。又係趕頭趕面食完個蛋糕就離開。見寫營業時間去到10點,如果餐廳 9:30就已經要清曬場嘅,就唔應該俾人預約8:30食飯,一餐飯食到趕頭趕命,要受咁嘅對待,一收左錢果下就已經唔配坐喺度嘅感覺,感覺十分惡劣。
