去唔到旅行,唯有瘋狂食日本嘢滿足吓心靈,食完當返咗轉鄉下啦🤣呢間舖嘅老闆專門喺四國學整烏冬,每日自家新鮮手打,今次就慕名而來食手打烏冬~鰹魚清湯烏冬⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️湯底主要以鰹魚熬制,聞落清香,海帶、蔥、薑容帶出鰹魚嘅鮮味~一啖湯一啖烏冬,最後飲晒啲湯🤪但係唔會口渴,手打烏冬好高質,煙煙靭靭超彈牙,份量亦好充足大份!骨付雞⭐️⭐️⭐️骨付雞即係燒雞髀,上碟嗰陣比想像中大隻,滿佈七味粉嘅雞皮燒得幾香,入面鎖得住肉汁,值得一讚,而且油脂豐富,雞肉都算滑,但就無想像中咁嫩, 如果可以再嫩啲就完美🤤但都值得一試天婦羅炸雞塊⭐️⭐️炸雞塊有4大舊,上碟嗰陣已經見到張吸油紙都幾多油, 雞肉都算嫩, 唔算厚粉 ,但就係油比較多

骨付雞即係燒雞髀,上碟嗰陣比想像中大隻,滿佈七味粉嘅雞皮燒得幾香,入面鎖得住肉汁,值得一讚,而且油脂豐富,雞肉都算滑,但就無想像中咁嫩, 如果可以再嫩啲就完美🤤但都值得一試

炸雞塊有4大舊,上碟嗰陣已經見到張吸油紙都幾多油, 雞肉都算嫩, 唔算厚粉 ,但就係油比較多
