To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽生日,跟細佬商討後決定去北京樓慶祝當天是weekday,我們7點鐘到達,當時餐廳也有6、7成入座率,以weekday來説算多人吧當天發生了一個搞笑的小插曲話說爸媽是非常守時的人,永遠有早沒遲事前我們告知他們我們預約了7點的枱,不過不用那麼早到,因為細佬跟弟婦都要點時間才能到,我可以先拿位怎知那天細佬跟弟婦都到了(約7點半),他們還未到,覺得有點奇怪一通電後,發現他們去錯餐廳,竟然去了隔壁的餐廳幸好的是隔壁的餐廳也是美心集團的,所以餐廳職員知道我們在北京樓有枱就說可以不用付款,畢竟茶又開了前菜又吃了當然還是有點好奇為何餐廳會放他們進去把他們接回來後終於可以叫菜吃飯了我們叫了個四人餐加多籠小籠包及一碟銀芽翡翠苗起初怕四人餐不夠吃,但老婆堅持說一定夠,因為除了我倆他們都吃得不多細佬本來還問需不需要加飯,幸好沒叫,因為最後大家都吃得很飽因為我跟老婆先到來拿位,肚子餓的我倆很快就KO了一碟前菜不知否因為餓的關係,覺得前菜很好吃外面的酸菜通常都很鹹,但這個鹹酸度剛剛好點餐後頭盤海蜇及醉雞很快就到了海蜇爽口,味道中規中矩醉雞份量比想像中少,帶點酒味,也是中規中矩火腿津白火腿應該事前已處理過,帶點

不過最後大家都很飽,所以對它興趣不大
味道方面小籠包的湯味道怪怪的,不太討好,還是覺得金滿庭的小籠包最好吃
