To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係懶得煮系列,今日就係食大品牌意樂,因為唔想晚飯食大量的澱粉質,決定左叫一個飯,一個湯,一個沙律,一個小食。首先前菜一定係沙律,正常野,配左啲芝麻醬正常水準。個白湯,係有幾香濃的磨菇味,佢加左洋蔥粒一齊整,所以整體黎講都係有口感,同有香味。小食我地就㨂左白酒煮蜆,只係叫左個主食加20 蚊,小編數過有12隻左右,蜆都係小小蜆味,湯底好神奇地有芫荽同煙肉係湯裏面,個味道都叫正常最後就係我地個主食,鰻魚炒飯,意樂就用左珍珠米加左啲鰻魚粒,加左啲鰻魚汁?,都係正常野,小編就覺得如果炒食乾身啲 就更加好啦。
