To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上一次食譚仔雲南米線的事是在深水埗的了。時隔多年後後，都有點掛念譚仔的味道。於是透過網上平台，尋找食物沙漠區有否譚仔的蹤跡。幸好，皇天不負有心人，馬鞍山是有其分店的。不過在網上平台得知，原來譚仔是有分譚仔三哥的及譚仔的，今次選擇了靠近譚仔雲南米線啦。一去到時，見到人流頗多，需要等位多時。但眼見周邊的餐廳等候人士也是人山人海。咁唯有比啲耐性等食好嘢啦。等咗一段時間，終於入座了。翻開menu，比以往多了很多選擇，今次就選擇土匪雞翼，涼拌木耳，2碗清湯米線。涼拌木耳味道鮮甜、而且爽脆。土匪雞翼味道濃郁，沒有雪味及血水。清湯米線帶點豬骨香味，清清地。最後覺得價錢上真的不算相宜，但有賴師傅用心烹調每一道菜。
