上次同完朋友係銅鑼灣食完616,非常滿意火鍋材料。今次,就同男朋友,去新開張嘅西環分店,再食616。訂了9時,由於太滿座關係,坐了一會。環顧佈置,70年代店鋪士多格局,食盡風味。以ipad 自助形式點餐。從湯底、牛、配菜、飲品,逐層選擇便好了。有牛骨清湯、麻辣湯,四種湯底。選了牛骨清湯作湯底,避一避熱氣之餘,牛的原汁原味亦不會被湯底遮蓋,反而相輔相成,味道更突出呢。616 一共有十幾款唔同部位嘅牛,最後揀左四款牛。分別有匙柄、牛腩心、牛朴肉同埋牛坑爪。除左匙柄係無肥之外,其餘3款都係小小肥。碟碟都有十幾片架,色澤都好好。配菜點了牛丸,蘿蔔、娃娃菜同稻庭烏冬。點完單,不出10分鐘,店員已經上左個鍋,材料都先後迅速送上。20分鐘內的上菜保證沙流,講得出,做得到。616 的電磁爐最高的熱度,不會令湯面滾至狂彈水花。適當的滾熱度,亦令整個淥一淥的過程,不至急速,慢慢享受。呢到d 牛肉真係好好食,好多牛都俾男友食晒XD。食下又望下,牆身充滿古玩,就好似入左博物館咁。連洗手間取名也很有趣。打左一個鐘多小小就食完。2人都係400幾,抵食好味!616 火鍋材料如下。
