To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎左紅雞冰廳食lunch，見到冰廳依個字已經覺得成件事好懷舊，果然呢度既裝修都好有以前80，90年代既舊式茶餐廳既感覺，幾特別！咁我今日就叫左自家製雙層芝士牛肉漢堡炸蝦配意粉，飲紅豆冰。牛肉漢堡好有牛味，仲要好厚，有兩塊，食左一塊已經好滿足，食得出係自己整既感覺，唔似平時既冷藏漢堡扒。炸蝦都好鬆脆，好食。意粉軟硬度適中，份量都好夠，一定食得飽，仲要好好味道tim！另外飲左杯紅豆冰，好多年無飲過啦，都唔係度度有得飲。呢杯紅豆冰都有好多紅豆，味道適中，唔會過甜。
