To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工同朋友睇下觀塘附近有咩中菜食，咁岩見到有一間漆黑中的螢火蟲😍😍一間懷舊上海菜！！gogogo衝呀我地兩個人叫咗個二人套餐！一湯兩個小菜，當然唔少得試吓佢哋嘅八寶茶酸辣湯如果鍾意食辣嘅朋友都會幾啱，酸度都配合得好好，份量同埋材料都好足！三個人食都冇問題👍🏻宮保雞丁呢個超入味，完全感受到佢嘅鑊氣由於我比較鍾意食辣，所以口味非常適合我！唔鍾意食辣嘅朋友仔可以叫佢小辣或者唔辣招牌菜唔係浪得虛明蒜泥白肉蒜泥好夠，肉質都好爽口，但係比較薄身，未必適合鍾意食厚切嘅朋友仔！不過份量絕對夠兩個人食招牌百寶茶食完咁豐富嘅晚餐梗係要飲番杯茶消滯，唔好睇佢細細杯，非常足料！好香啊🤤🤤🤤所以如果你哋係鍾意食懷舊上海菜嘅話絕對可以嚟試吓，環境有特色之餘亦都係好用心煮每一道餸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻價錢都好合理

如果鍾意食辣嘅朋友都會幾啱，酸度都配合得好好，份量同埋材料都好足！三個人食都冇問題👍🏻
