去到佐敦又想食懷舊中菜,就去左依間樓上酒家,入到去差唔多全場坐滿 餐牌種類多又唔算貴,最後揀左$988四人餐。第一道上枱係懷舊金錢雞,係好少見嘅懷舊菜,由叉燒、新鮮雞肝及冰肉(肥豬肉)造成,以為會好肥膩又無,叉燒甜甜地而雞肝好鹹香,肥豬肉竟然好爽脆,絕對可以encore!!再嚟係我最鍾意嘅上湯焗加拿大龍蝦,隻蟹鉗大到遮咗半碟伊麵,正😃 龍蝦斬件但啖啖肉,上湯又充滿鮮甜味。霸王香妃雞特別多肉,比一般白切雞鹹香而且滑身,加少少薑蓉更加滿足,朋友連雞皮都食埋呀!我不好飲湯,但海皇燴燕液都飲咗兩碗,類似黏身嘅碗仔翅質感但換咗蝦肉瓜粒餡,口感豐富。清蒸頭腩d魚腩位比較滑溜溜多骨膠原,簡單清蒸加鼓油已很出魚味,個女仔FD話要養顏食唔停😂 二食有翡翠炒龍躉球,肉身相對大片而且啖啖肉,送少少爽脆嘅西芹變得更有咬口。蟹籽海皇炒飯太太太大碟啦!大家已經好飽,但熱辣辣又咁香,食咗半碗都要打包啦!蟠桃壽包,其實我好鐘意食😂 白蓮蓉加咸蛋黃,好好味呀!老闆娘細心介紹各款菜式,員工又親切友善,正呀!
