To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚特意來懷舊一番。我們選在餐廳晚餐，沒有進扒房那邊。餐廳裝修很殘舊，雖則我們想來懷舊，但殘破的環境並不能給人愉悅的感覺，只有唏噓...羅宋湯頗大碗，胡椒味濃，適合嗜辣的舌頭。我要了黑椒西冷，好大件，仲有翠玉瓜及薯條墊底，份量十足，味道亦不錯，不過用鐵板上令medium rare變成了medium，下次應該選擇用碟上！朋友很滿意她的森美火焰大蝦，有四隻蝦，她說森美汁有點似洋蔥汁。用餐加$55可要一客焗田螺，咁抵，沒有不叫的理由吧？雖則環境非常一般，但小店需要支持，加上食物質素令人滿意，下次仍會再來啊！
