前果排八掛,得知友人結婚了,咁我地知佢鐘意食,咁就請佢去食飯啦,最近我就食開北京菜,但係又唔想過海食,咁我既未來秘書就話去呢間試下,但係佢就話唔好比咁大期望,間野不過不失,但依我睇唔係咁簡單……睇食評都有好多負評,咁我份人有時真係衰唔信邪,今次真係有d中招。我預先訂左隻北京填鴨,因為要訂先有得食。我地4個人去,開頭唔知叫乜好,但係見到張套餐餐單果陣,我地就立刻叫左個4人餐,因為價錢唔算貴,又多野食,基本上個4人餐夠6個人食,而本身個餐入面都有隻樟茶鴨,但係我已經訂左隻填鴨啦,所以叫部長改左佢,唔要隻樟茶鴨。個餐有5樣主菜,再加小籠包,再加高力豆沙,再加生果,真係超多野食涼菜併盤(鎮江淆肉+合桃薰蛋+唔知乜齋):個淆肉係幾好食既,又唔粉,點鎮江醋會更加帶出味道。薰蛋:三位友人都話超正,真糖心,可惜既就係我唔食蛋,唔知佢地講乜。果個唔知乜齋就冇人碰過,咁我就大膽食下,我差d要吐返出黎,因為果d木耳既味道真係好怪,d齋又林,林到咬落去就糊左,唔敢食。清炒蝦仁:好腥,同好鹹,同埋有d蝦既顏色超怪,藍色既,中輻射??燒雙方:用中式飽包住一夾金華火腿like 既薄肉,再加多塊炸餛飩皮,再加一d甜甜

燒雙方:用中式飽包住一夾金華火腿like 既薄肉,再加多塊炸餛飩皮,再加一d甜甜地,酸酸地既醬入面,幾特別幾好食。個包就好似以前一間快餐店Jack in the box 既 荷包雞咁。

北京填鴨,即係北京片皮鴨,片超脆,超香,鴨片排得好靚,有蔥同青瓜俾你包埋一齊食。平時人地酒樓好少俾青瓜,呢個都幾特別,只不過可惜個包皮超厚,同埋唔係用蒸籠一齊上,係放係個碟度,超快就凍晒,一凍d包皮就硬,食兩塊就滯……不過可以就咁食d鴨都冇問題,因為凍左都好脈皮。

上湯蛋角:個湯佢地幫你分埋一碗碗,每碗一隻蛋角,一d白菜,但係成個湯偏鹹。一般作品。

蟹粉小籠包:呢個小籠包係好多蟹粉,4人餐得4隻,但係都夠,因為佢差唔多食完隻鴨先上,每人一隻都夠,我覺得好食係因為我食到都好飽下,再食隻小籠包都覺得好好食,皮唔厚。幾好幾好。

最後再上果盤,成盤都係西瓜,但係唔知係唔係d菜式太鹹,其他3個人食都覺得d西瓜冇味,我就覺得ok,又唔係完全冇咁,係淡左d姐。
總合成餐飯我係俾唔合格,因為唔好太多,隻鴨就算點好都救唔返,我就真係唔會再黎呢度食,因為咁既價錢,好多地方都好過呢度。
