To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 筆者介紹:人稱「肥佬B」,自2009年加入openrice,一直以openrice用作bookmark餐廳用途。踏入三十之年,心廣體胖嘅我quota遞減,故每逢可以出街食飯定必事前做足功課,以免浪費quota,希望透過寫食評同大家分享飲食心得和介紹我嘅口袋餐廳。作為新界仔嘅我,更與女友相約「每月港島一餐」,有興趣就即刻follow我啦!   我係一個好鐘意飲茶嘅人黎,我母親大人都係,所以今日放假就陪佢去富臨飲下午茶。都好一段時間無黎富臨食野,對上一次係上年年同班朋友夜晚黎打邊爐,個次都還可,但今餐茶真係大伏!兩點幾去到茶樓,同門口知客講兩位,佢叫我自己入去搵位,ok fine,入去度度都好似有人坐咁,一係就未執檯,就算有位又唔夠櫈,搞左一輪先安頓好。坐落叫鐵觀音,茶壺黎左,上面有個牌仔寫住普洱,我同呀姐講唔好意思我地叫鐵觀音唔係普洱,佢話面個牌仔同個茶無關架喎,咁要個牌仔做乜....服務真係麻點心紙特價野食唔多,價錢亦唔係特別平!先黎個春卷,我唔理你入面係包住咩飽參翅肚料,你唔係熱嘅就已經係失敗,人流咁旺乜唔係食物應該keep住做春卷keep住炸架咩?何解會係凍架呢?凍即係擺左好耐啦,

先黎個春卷,我唔理你入面係包住咩飽參翅肚料,你唔係熱嘅就已經係失敗,人流咁旺乜唔係食物應該keep住做春卷keep住炸架咩?何解會係凍架呢?凍即係擺左好耐啦,咁有人點你做乜連放入microwave叮一叮都懶?好無heart成件事!仲有,d油多到爆,個碟"gip"汁點到個面都浮左層油出黎,你話誇唔誇張?

比較抵食係呢三碗瀨粉
叉瀨係呢三碗入面最好,叉燒係正常放得入口嘅
其次係個燒鵝,根本係燒鴨仲要好騷
最差一定係油雞,得雞背都算,仲要舊舊都係骨一d肉都無,同埋師傅刀功差,勁多碎骨
大佬,唔係價錢平就將價就價,我寧願你mark番貴d俾番d正常野我食

食到最後個蝦餃終於黎,叫做食左咁多啖屎終於俾番少少沙糖我,蝦肉好多,新鮮彈牙,如果個皮可以做得薄d就更好!

總結:呢間野我係唔會再黎,因為人流咁旺都可以係唔熱,食物又咁多油,真係麻麻地!
