To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日離開中上環諗住去新開嘅中環街市行下 呢排好耐冇食上海菜 所以openrice搵到附近有呢間上海店便黎一試 但同樣有午市套餐只係由五十幾蚊度到七十幾蚊不等 已經有主食包埋嘢飲我哋叫咗一個醉雞拼擔擔麵 醉雞好夠味 有濃濃嘅酒味好啱我哋口味雞肉亦算嫩得嚟又有啲咬口 至於擔擔面就偏辣 帶有少少花生醬同肉碎嘅湯底 面質煙煙韌韌 味道都唔錯另外我哋叫咗個回鍋肉炒年糕 貪佢夠惹味 裏面都算足料 有椰菜青椒紅椒回鍋肉等等 而且我不嬲都鍾意上海年糕煙煙韌韌嘅感覺 所以呢個好啱我哋口味而食上海菜當然唔少得叫小籠包啦 呢度嘅小籠包皮唔算好薄 但我反而鍾意呢一種有咬口嘅包皮 而且熱辣辣一上就食 裏面超多湯汁 好滿足臨走嘅時候我哋仲發現其實呢度有下午茶餐 比午餐再抵食啲 下次可以再嚟試下
