To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生於九十年代,未能親身經歷過六七八十年代那種香港情懷,但不知為何,我總是為這種老香港情懷著迷。很有Feel佈置出老香港的特色餐廳下午時段是冰室,晚市才供應火鍋。任食火鍋Menu記得訂座會送招牌鮑魚麻辣雞煲!真的不能錯過任食火鍋還包括了時令海鮮拼盤,肉類可選美國安格斯牛或西班牙黑豚豬肉,任點各類配菜,最後還有特色甜品!火鍋套餐的追加紙。好吸引份量看來很豐富!還有兩大隻鮑魚是鮑魚喔雞煲醬汁非常濃郁,雞塊都沾滿雞煲汁啖啖惹味時令海鮮拼盤包括了蝦、廣島蠔、沙白、白蟶子、花甲等等的海鮮,好豐富我最喜歡的沙白大大隻火鍋湯底方面我們選了招牌特濃沙嗲鍋,把安格斯牛放入鍋煮熟,充滿沙嗲香撈在一起,很有香港特色的甜品吃得好飽飽
