Restaurant: Capital Café (Shau Kei Wan Main Street East)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次諗唔到食咩都一定會黎食華星。每次黎到華星都唔使諗,一定係叫「常餐叉燒通粉炒蛋熱奶茶」。次次落完單啲野食就好快黎到,唔使等。叉燒通粉既湯底好得意,有少少杰身,唔會太水;味道好香,唔會太濃味太鹹。通粉煮得啱啱好,口感彈牙。叉燒都幾大塊,仲有好濃既蜜汁味。佢既常餐仲跟埋牛油厚多士,火腿同炒蛋。厚多士烘得外脆內軟,仲塗滿牛油,一咬落去口感非常鬆軟。我最鐘意佢既炒蛋,炒得好滑好香,帶少少蛋汁,唔會炒得太老,真係好想再encore呀!奶茶亦都係好正,好滑。茶味濃郁,帶少少茶既澀味,茶同淡奶既比例啱啱好。配埋厚邊杯飲,簡直係一流既享受。值得一提既係華星冰室除左好食同抵食之外,仲好有人情味。小事一則:櫃枱姐姐一見到出面有警察抄牌就即刻大嗌問有無人泊左車,話有警察抄緊牌。然後就見到好多人即刻埋單衝出去攞車,櫃枱姐姐仲好快手配合佢地,見到有人杯野未飲晒仲即刻幫佢轉用外賣杯比佢拎走,真係超好人。
