To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新記車仔麵一向係我食車仔麵嘅首選,我食新記比較悶,來來去去都係叫嗰幾樣餸。基本上每次一定會有嘅膽係滷水雞翼、白菜仔、粉絲、同埋一定要加嘅秘製辣汁。有陣時就會拖埋豬紅落水。佢嘅辣汁,辣得來夠香,係成個車仔麵嘅精髓,唯一就係唔同人𢳂辣汁個份量都唔同,有時小辣會唔辣,有時小辣會好辣,全部要做阿姐手神。粉絲浸左佢嘅辣汁之後,索晒啲湯,簡直啖啖精華。佢嘅雞翼,基本上都係有返咁上下大隻,唔會係冇肉,味道都幾好。白菜仔次次都着得生熟程度啱啱好,唔會太生,亦都唔會過老。

佢嘅雞翼,基本上都係有返咁上下大隻,唔會係冇肉,味道都幾好。白菜仔次次都着得生熟程度啱啱好,唔會太生,亦都唔會過老。
