To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前再試番「品樂冰室」,離開時經過「香港地」,見好多人晌門口等位,加上見佢有款蕃茄湯系列嘅早餐,啱晒老婆,就搵個星期六朝嚟食個早餐,睇吓喺咪好咗!其實我就對「香港地」印象一般般,唔喺話差,但唔叫得好,今次就俾多個機會佢。自從好幾年前呢間「香港地」擴大咗,小弟都未嚟過,今次再嚟,空間感大咗,但啲枱櫈都排得好密,不過,佢哋為咗做盡生意,會安排人手帶位,盡量填滿每一個位,故此,要有搭枱嘅心理準備。早餐嘅餐牌棟咗喺門口,款式都唔少,例如全日早餐、港式早餐、蕃茄湯系列、脆炸魚柳系列、珍寶菠蘿包餐、嫩滑豬扒系列、健而麥皮系列……等等,而入到裏面,基本上唔見有餐牌,落單都喺掃二維碼自己搞掂,價錢方面都喺同附近啲茶記差唔多。餐具放晌枱上,其實佢哋啲枱本身已唔喺大張,所以,嚟齊晒啲食物之後成個枱面都有啲壓逼感。負責送餐個男侍應亦都有啲唔禮貌嘅行為,就係推開我正正食緊嘅通粉,以方便佢擺其他食物上枱。仿鮑魚絲火腿通粉 $41本來老婆一心喺想試個蕃茄湯系列,不過,喺點餐時落單系統上搵嚟搵去都搵唔到,跟住再問返啲侍應,原來星期六日公眾假唔供應,再睇返個餐牌,確喺有啲雞屎咁細粒嘅字寫住,真喺走漏眼添。比較啱食嘅就

本來老婆一心喺想試個蕃茄湯系列,不過,喺點餐時落單系統上搵嚟搵去都搵唔到,跟住再問返啲侍應,原來星期六日公眾假唔供應,再睇返個餐牌,確喺有啲雞屎咁細粒嘅字寫住,真喺走漏眼添。比較啱食嘅就只有呢款通粉,仿鮑絲口感柔韌,食起嚟算清爽啲,配炒全熟蛋及多士,雖然全熟蛋炒得樣衰啲,但老婆唔介意賣相,最緊要夠熟到透啫。

蜜汁叉燒通粉 $43

次次都沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,今次就改試下叉燒通粉,再配上炒滑蛋牛油厚多士。點解咁多人嚟「香港地」,就因為佢哋講明用相對好嘅食材。叉燒雖然無啲燶邊位,但味道唔錯,啲肉質好鬆化,而且比較少肥膏,老婆都可以試多少少;炒滑蛋都確喺有一手,炒得夠滑溜,好夠蛋味,又夠份量。通粉本身味道都唔錯,個湯底幾濃郁,唔喺味精湯,啲通粉煮得仲帶少少咬口感。

熱咖啡、熱奶茶

少有哋老婆話想嘆杯熱奶茶,所以,小弟就改飲熱咖啡,我杯即磨咖啡飲落幾香醇,但完全唔明點解嚟到只喺微暖,明顯喺沖定好晒擺咗喺度,有單就拎俾客。臨走時有同店員反映,佢話下次可以叫做個杯,呢個算喺補救方案,但問題根源喺準備食物嘅流程,會唔會水吧嘅同事貪方便做定好多杯放晌度,快餐店都唔會咁做啦。而老婆杯熱奶茶飲落都算OK,唔算話好柔滑,但都好夠茶香。

今次再幫襯「香港地」,食物方面算中上,喺杯咖啡出咗少少問題,而服務方面,始終如一都喺咁一般,不過,再觀察所見,應該喺嗰個男侍應嘅個別問題居多,因為有另一位女侍應招呼唔錯,態度溫文有禮好多。
