再去太古食lunch~今次醒目打定去卜位,有得送餐飲,又唔怕會無位~食物味道仍然維持水準,上次食扒,今次決定試新野~比吉打式龍脷魚扒配香草忌廉汁!當然,沙律吧同湯一直都係我最愛,今次都唔例外~拎完又拎~塊龍脷魚扒有啲厚度,原來比打吉式即係係沾上蛋液再去煮,不過唔知係煎定係烤,兩樣都有啲似~哈哈!總之食落幾香口,魚扒肉嫩滑,外面因為有蛋液包裹所以食落啖啖蛋香味,沾埋個香草忌廉汁~加分!而配菜就有炸薯角,身為薯仔控嘅我好想問佢可唔可追加~哈哈!有時出去食飯,見到啲薯角炸到好乾或者上枱已經凍哂,哩道就熱辣辣上枱,哩一點亦係我一直欣賞嘅地方,可以起休息嘅時間食到熱辣辣嘅美食,一大樂事~每次要出去太古做野,人生路不熟嘅我自自然然就會去銀杏時光,佢已經變成我起太古嘅飯堂!

塊龍脷魚扒有啲厚度,原來比打吉式即係係沾上蛋液再去煮,不過唔知係煎定係烤,兩樣都有啲似~哈哈!總之食落幾香口,魚扒肉嫩滑,外面因為有蛋液包裹所以食落啖啖蛋香味,沾埋個香草忌廉汁~加分!
