To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去飲,大家都知道七時恭候,唔知幾點先開席,為免搞到半夜都未食得,所以就食少少野打打底,龍蝦伊麵實在唔太啱本人胃口。行過華星冰室,咁就正好食件西多三文治什麼也好,至少唔會餓Q 死!今日唔知做咩忽然想食西多,仲要咖央餡!楓糖漿係另上的,炸得金黃的西多士,加埋半溶化鮮油,西多的熱力令到牛油慢慢溶化,不如你就咁殺左我算啦。外表就好靚仔,切開見到內餡唔係好多咖央醬,有啲失望添,不過多士好脆又無話滴晒油淋晒咁,整體都叫唔錯!食完滚水淥腳咁走,俾錢時聽到侍應好大聲叫“喂!拎齊野呀” ,(即係嗰隻好粗豪茶餐廳聲),原來我漏左成袋野無拎到,仲要喺放左喺枱面,多謝佢咁大聲提我,否則我應該會直出門口,之後當然又係揾餐勁嘅,真係好大聲但服務分數暗暗加左不少。

楓糖漿係另上的,炸得金黃的西多士,加埋半溶化鮮油,
