今日收工同女朋友旺角行街街,行行下就搵野食啦,搵搵下openrice見到e間餐廳就長期都係一個好高嘅位置,人氣好高,價錢又大眾化,咁就當然要試下啦,因為我地都係好鍾意試野嘅人黎呀!餐廳唔難搵呀!女人街街號一邊係單數,一邊係雙數,係近油麻地果邊入就好容易搵到啦!見到佢個門口都好靚,好多介紹,而就咁望落去都有好多菜式,唔考慮啦,兩位唔該!!!!!入到去之後餐廳座無虛席,但係好彩上天可憐肚餓嘅我們,剛剛有張枱走啦,見到餐廳嘅環境係非常靚,牆上油畫係非常有心思呀!有麥嘜,香港維多利亞海境,同埋我見到李小龍呀!咁等我地望下個餐牌先,餐牌都好多元化,有散叫嘅一人套餐,價錢都非常合理,亦有一些二人套餐,有龍蝦餐及以扒為主菜嘅二人餐,咁我同我女友就選擇左e個以扒為主嘅二人套餐,分別選擇左西班牙黑毛豬,街坊碗仔翅,香草雞肉河粉及甜品選擇了綠茶吉士雞蛋仔伴雪糕。好,開飯啦!首先黎嘅係吞拿魚蟹籽沙律,沙律菜都有好多款,有羅文生菜,紅毛菜,九牙,蕃茄仔,全部都好新鮮鮮甜,因為如果菜老左係會變和同埋係會開始變林唔爽口呀!撈埋d蟹籽,吞拿魚同埋沙律醬就更加開胃同埋更加易入口,吞拿魚同沙律醬會覆蓋左菜嘅草青味,e道

首先黎嘅係吞拿魚蟹籽沙律,沙律菜都有好多款,有羅文生菜,紅毛菜,九牙,蕃茄仔,全部都好新鮮鮮甜,因為如果菜老左係會變和同埋係會開始變林唔爽口呀!撈埋d蟹籽,吞拿魚同埋沙律醬就更加開胃同埋更加易入口,吞拿魚同沙律醬會覆蓋左菜嘅草青味,e道菜就係勝在新鮮。

跟住就係到街坊素鮑參碗仔翅鍋,碗仔翅基本係有冬菇絲,木耳絲,蛋絲,咁e間餐廳就加上左素海參同素鮑魚,唔單止外觀係贏曬,佢重可以俾人可以影到好多相呀!咁我就忍唔住即刻試返啖啦,碗仔翅就真係好街坊味道,而且好足料,啖啖都有冬菇同木耳絲,而味道就係根本就係細細個街邊食果d碗仔翅嘅味道,咁素鮑魚同海參都係素食,味道就唔係太濃,但係都好有口感,但係肯定嘅一樣野係絕對有卓頭今時今日餐飲業就係好需要e d有創意,有卓頭嘅餐廳。
最後都係食晒。

跟住就到西班牙黑毛豬啦,黑毛豬,給人感覺矜貴,比普通豬肉好食。其實黑毛豬也有分不同產地,最出名一定有西班牙的黑毛豬,吃橡果長大的黑毛豬於叢林間放養,所用的飼料亦有精心調配過,豬肉亦帶有濃郁的橡果香氣,一般有分成全橡果餵飼、半橡果餵飼及全飼料餵飼,今次餐廳重以燒紅左嘅鐵板上,配以香濃嘅黑椒汁,非常香口,肉質帶橡果甘香! 口感嫩滑! 滋味持久! 令人一試難忘!肉質就真係唔同出面茶餐廳嘅豬扒,出面豬扒都會以梳打醃製,務求令肉質鬆口,而今次e塊黑毛豬我都相信唔需要用梳打醃,都一樣好嫩滑,而配菜包括薯條,茄子,豆角及蕃茄都非常新鮮,即叫即整,真係令人回味。

跟住就到香草雞肉河粉,e道都係一道幾經典嘅西餐菜式,但係問題出現啦,點解唔係意粉呢!?原來餐廳就fusion左,將港式河粉融入左去西式燴粉,咁就試下啦,河粉本身係俾好林,無口感嘅感覺,但係今次就非常出色,食落去都好滑,再配合埋個香草醬原來可以咁特別,河粉用左西式燴粉煮法煮之後就入晒味,d汁收晒入去每條粉,圖中所見每條粉都係上晒色呀!食落去就同西餐廳食果d味道一樣,師傅好野!

好,跟住到飲品啦,係e個咁豐富嘅menu叫我選擇兩款飲品其實就真係非常困難呀!講真,我每樣都想試,咁跟住我就望住我女友講當我想起你同女神,當堂自己紅都面晒,多謝餐廳俾個咁嘅機會我e d宅男
,最後就叫左B32同埋B34啦!兩杯野飲黎到嘅時候都非常吸睛,呢兩杯最主要嘅成分係金桔同埋藍橘,味道都非常之夾,而味道都剛剛好,唔會太甜或者太淡,同埋都真係好足料,個面真係有檸檬同埋藍莓,可見餐廳真係好用心,甜甜地酸酸地嘅味道非常好呀!

最後啦!上甜品啦,甜品係綠茶吉士雞蛋仔伴雪糕,大家都知道,雞蛋仔係香港嘅名產,型出國際,繼碗仔翅之後又係一個港式經典街頭美食,今次餐廳就對個雞蛋仔稍作改良,加入綠茶味及吉士,雞蛋仔非常香脆,好足綠茶味,而裡面嘅吉士都唔會太甜,綠茶味嘅波波雪糕都好足味,e個甜品絕對能夠為e餐咁豐富嘅晚餐畫上一個完美句號。下次我一定會再黎,試下佢個龍蝦餐,唔怪得之間餐廳係openrice會有咁高評價,希望廚師們繼續努力,唸多d新野,期待見到佢個卡邦尼公仔麵同埋港式All day,重有個關東煮FEEL嘅香港煮,哈哈!
