我。還願意等。。。。等你呀!話說約咗阿哥黎食飯,點知佢一次都遲左個半鐘。。其實我真係想發脾氣,但係係呢一個舒適咁靚嘅環境之下,仲有周邊嘅食客都係斯斯文文大大方方,我唯有繼續等。約你食飯係七點鐘最後你八點半先嚟到。。。只能夠說冇辦法啦鬼叫你係我呀哥。好彩嘅係餐廳亦都10分有耐性,不會迫交枱,不會問你幾點先上得菜。俾你舒舒服服,係呢個樓底咁高嘅餐廳裏邊慢慢等。呢個晚餐我哋點嘅食物唔算多,但係每一樣都十分之精彩。首先來的係一個洋蔥湯,一個法式洋蔥湯要做得好飲絕對唔容易,湯底要夠濃而且清唔可以有油。呢一度嘅洋蔥湯係計我之前喺一間老牌嘅法國餐廳飲過之後第二個好美味嘅。呢度用嘅洋蔥湯湯底唔係用牛骨咁簡單,為咗令到味道更加清甜口感更濃郁,佢哋係牛骨同豬骨一齊煲,先可以做到咁濃郁嘅味道,再配上大量嘅洋蔥,大家都知道傳統嘅洋蔥湯呢係會有一舊芝士,而呢一度呢為咗令到佢冇咁滯,改良咗用上芝士多士。味道同樣出色。接住就係令人驚喜嘅龍蝦汁炒波士頓龍蝦,呢個菜我覺得每一位嚟到嘅人都應該要點,呢度係呢度嘅主廚的得奬名菜,而我覺得佢係經濟實惠嘅菜式,龍蝦汁其實唔係汁,而係美味嘅龍蝦湯做湯底,配上蒜片,金不換,黑椒等等

首先來的係一個洋蔥湯,一個法式洋蔥湯要做得好飲絕對唔容易,湯底要夠濃而且清唔可以有油。呢一度嘅洋蔥湯係計我之前喺一間老牌嘅法國餐廳飲過之後第二個好美味嘅。

接住就係令人驚喜嘅龍蝦汁炒波士頓龍蝦,呢個菜我覺得每一位嚟到嘅人都應該要點,呢度係呢度嘅主廚的得奬名菜,而我覺得佢係經濟實惠嘅菜式,龍蝦汁其實唔係汁,而係美味嘅龍蝦湯做湯底,配上蒜片,金不換,黑椒等等嘅材料炒美味而新鮮嘅波士頓龍蝦,波士頓龍蝦足一點五磅,剛剛好擺喺呢個咁靚嘅豬鐵鍋中間,波士頓龍蝦十分之彈牙鮮嫩,配上呢個自家製的龍蝦湯汁,親上帶點牛油香味嘅麵包,份量夠多,而且味道係完美。

而且一個菜式三種食法,$400嘅價錢絕對係相宜,直情要用抵形容。兩個人食份量剛好,另外要欣賞嘅就係佢哋係原隻龍蝦落去煲,所以呢連啲膏呢,都會留喺呢個湯底裏便。每一啖都係龍蝦嘅精華。

甜品我哋叫咗一個薑汁梳附里,製作需時大概要30分鐘,各位要點呢個菜式記得很想主菜嘅時候就好下單,梳乎里最着重嘅係空氣感,呢一度做嘅係絕對出色,薑汁味道剛好不會太甜,連奉上嘅雲呢拿醬汁亦都可以唔點,空氣咁輕盈,味道清而不太甜,簡單但做得精緻。

想喺呢度同大家分享嘅就係呢一度嘅紅酒都好好飲而且價格實惠,每杯都係$70左右咋。另外,soft drinks 大概係20 至$30一杯,喺咁精緻嘅餐廳裏邊有咁相宜嘅飲品價格,食物質素呢都係高級,但係消費呢就係抵,距離地鐵站呢其實都係一條街嘅咋,我覺得值得大家遷移幾個站過嚟呢一度試一試啊!

好多認識我嘅朋友都知道我係一個冇乜耐性嘅人,不過係呢一個咁靚嘅餐廳,咁好嘅服務,咁出色嘅美食之下,我嘅耐性突然之間增強左。

其實等一個人係咪浪費時間呢?問題在乎係呢一個人值唔值得你去等姐。
