To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我鍾意食佢嘅生煎包

一直都好想食返細細個食嘅鍋貼嗰隻味道，早排喺網上面睇到話北角麥記美食嘅鍋貼好食，於是今日就lunch time過北角買嚟食，我叫咗小籠包、鍋貼同埋生煎包，老實講佢嘅鍋貼唔差，但係未至於好好食，因為佢本身唔係好大隻，其實個size都可以接受，因為佢細隻嘅關係所以肉汁就比較少，不過又咁講，佢嘅價錢只不過係$10/3隻，其實CP值已經好高，所以都可以推薦嘅…不過，我就係依三款裏面，比較鍾意食生煎包，佢嘅size唔係好大隻，大過隻小籠包少少，所以份量啱啱好，唔會話俾個包食到好飽，而佢嘅價錢一樣係$10/3隻，非常抵！至於小籠包，係即叫即蒸，所以大約要等10分鐘，我覺得都屬於好食嘅小籠包，因為佢只係$24籠，一籠有四粒，去邊度搵咁平嘅小籠包，仲要味度唔差，佢唯一輸咗就係環境，因為如果你要堂食係需要坐街，如果你接受唔到就買外賣啦。不過我真係推薦生煎包。
