香港有好多本地人經營嘅街坊食店,唔好睇佢哋雖然冇金碧輝煌嘅裝修,佢哋買嘅係自家用心製作嘅地道食物,今日就嚟到郭記試吓呢一間大埔嘅自家小店。佢哋小食方面都係走香港地道路線,沙嗲牛柏葉同埋沙嗲魷魚呢啲係香港地道車仔麵店一定有嘅!唔好因為睇落似係普通嘅牛柏葉同魷魚,佢哋嘅沙嗲汁係自家用花生碎做提味同10幾種唔同嘅香料令到炮制而成,老闆話淋上去一黎可以食到牛柏葉同埋魷魚本身爽彈嘅口感,但又可以同時食得到沙嗲醬嘅惹味,用最地道嘅方法做到色香味俱全。車仔麵我諗都唔需要向大家多多介紹,呢樣真係老少咸宜嘅香港特色食物,有相片都可以見得到韭菜非常之新鮮,魚蛋係用咗地道嘅陳皮魚蛋,豬紅爽口彈牙,蘿蔔真係一定要食因為佢哋嘅蘿蔔用咗魚湯做湯底令到蘿蔔非常之清甜!作為香港人我就一定係支持返香港本地嘅食物,呢類型嘅食店係香港今年真係買少見少,希望大家多多支持郭記用心既食物!
