To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 間間花斑茶社分店都有飲,通常嗰日近邊間就買邊間,都明白唔會間間一樣質素。但沙田呢間質素真係好飄忽,非常撞手神。一向叫開無糖走冰 (因為會加蜂蜜珍珠 所以正常係點都有微微既甜味) 好可惜,平均買三次會伏一次。今日叫左”桂花烏龍奶茶 加鋒蜜珍珠 無糖走冰”,伏個點係 - 完全無甜味,完全無桂花、無桂花味。無甜係連珍珠都係清水咁淡🥲而桂花平時係點都有少少桂花碎,今日完全無⋯⋯同樣係伏既前一日飲同樣既野,無糖 但係超甜😅唔知咩玩法,返左屋企溝水先飲到🫂好想無伏咁幫襯,希望控制好質素🙏🏼
