To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再嚐的美味,手工水餃由$60食到$80,還是覺得值得的。昨天店主還告知以人手刀功切水餃饀材料,會比用削切器切出來的,較好吃的。雖然我不太明白理由,我想是饀料細緻點,味道會更出,也搓揉時較易。所以煮這美味的薄皮水餃,要企在廚房吼住慢火煮,否則易穿皮。$80一打,所以1定要好好招呼,煮破就嘥料了。好,出完呢個帖,就熄火dinner 了。
