To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和同事來到可以欣賞海景的茶餐廳吃午餐,我們以手機掃一掃二維碼然後便可登入點餐的軟件咯。朋友點了太陽蛋蔥油豬扒飯,他説喜歡蔥油的蔥香味,用來伴飯便可以只吃飯不吃豬扒就可以吃飽咯。我叫的是蝦碌炒蛋飯,混合少少特製的甜醬油和辣醬一起吃,味道出奇地配合,但炒的蛋略略有點熟透,失去了蛋汁,比較失色。
