To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日心血來潮想食拉麵，就去咗銅鑼灣出名多嘢食嘅希雲街，點知比我發現到有間以My Melody為主題嘅拉麵餐廳🍜由個門口開始導航到入邊啲餐具都係用Melody嘅嘢🥰我哋好快就有位坐，入到去之後就發現除咗嘢食之外，都仲有餐具提供發售🙆🏻‍♀️好適合送俾另一半做聖誕節禮物🎁黃金蟹膏牛奶拉麵 $98見到有個期間限定嘅拉麵，我哋就決定要試吓🥰我一上到黎之後見到有好可愛嘅Melody紫菜🥳仲有個印咗Melody嘅名門卷❤️成碗麵都好有心機同好可愛🙆🏻‍♀️而且個蟹膏味道濃郁，配上sok晒牛奶湯底嘅拉麵🍜令到整體嘅口感非常美味☺️My Melody特製佔麵 $98喺特製沾麵方面，除咗都有Melody嘅配菜之外，另外仲設有青瓜絲、粟米🌽溏心蛋、豬軟骨同埋好少見到嘅棉花糖🤭一開始個感覺覺得好奇怪，但係配埋佢個牛奶湯底就覺得成個味道好夾👏🏻佢個牛奶湯底仲特登加咗牛油落去🧈令到成個口感更加滑🤗肉汁滿滿餃子 $42呢個餃子一上到嚟，最吸引眼球嘅係佢可愛嘅Melody碟❤️真係好cute🙆🏻‍♀️到個主食啦，佢咬入去每一啖都有肉汁之外，仲要啖啖都係肉🤗富山雞翼 $48喺小食方面最期待嘅就係雞翼🍗佢個汁真係令我眼前一亮😍佢不
